    Summer Honeycomb Full-Frame 1.8-2 Kg

    £57.00

Pure Summer Honeycomb Frame with 4 Comb Segments

This honey comes in its purest state, just as the bees left it. It has not been strained, heated or tampered with in any way. Each batch of honey retains the floral essences of the plants from which it was made, but the flavour of wax comb also differs according to what the bees ate and adds a richness to the flavour that extracted honey doesn’t have.

Because the honey is still in the comb and has not been touched by man, it contains every bit of pollen, enzymes, propolis, vitamins, amino acids, antioxidants, minerals, and aromatics that the bees produced in the hive. There’s no filtering, processing or rearranging of the raw product by human hands.

The honeycomb is 100% natural and it is normal for natural honey to crystalize. That is proof of good quality honey.

    • 2023 harvested honeycomb, collected from hives placed in wildflower meadows. It’s freshly cut for each order.
    • This honey is polyfloral, as it comes from various nectar sources, therefore it can sum up many qualities of the specific plants it originated from.
